به گزارش ایرنا،'هندریك لورگز'، معاون سخنگوی وزارت كشور آلمان، گفت: دولت بدنبال این است كه پیشنهادی به كمیسیون اروپایی ارائه دهد تا بر مبنای آن، این كشور اجازه داشته باشد بمدت 30 روز، مقررات شنگن را به حالت تعلیق درآورده و كنترل مرزهای خود را با كشورهای همسایه بار دیگر به مرحله اجرا درآورد.

به گفته لورگز، براساس این طرح كه بطور مشترك از سوی آلمان و فرانسه به دانمارك به عنوان رییس دوره ای اتحادیه اروپا نیز پیشنهاد شده است، هر كدام از دیگر اعضای این اتحادیه براساس قوانین و ضوابط داخلی خود این اختیار را خواهند داشت كه در این مورد تصمیم گیری كنند.

درحالی ارائه این پیشنهاد از سوی دولت آلمان به دانمارك ارائه شده،كه تقاضای سال گذشته كپنهاگ برای استقرار دائمی نیروهای كنترلی و نظارتی در مرزهای این كشور با مخالفت و انتقاد شدید برلین روبرو شده بود.

دولت آلمان یكی از دلایل خود برای اعمال بیشتر كنترل های نظارتی در مرزهای این كشور را، جبران ضعف كنترل مرزها از سوی برخی از كشورهای عضو این اتحادیه كه در نهایت منجر به افزایش ورود مهاجران غیر قانونی می شود، عنوان كرده است.

در عین حال یك مقام دولت آلمان كه خواست نامش فاش نشود، در همین زمینه با ارائه توضیحاتی به وضعیت مرزی دو كشور یونان و تركیه اشاره كرد و گفت: موج ورود مهاجران غیرقانونی از تركیه به یونان كه بعد از ورود به این كشور در دیگر كشورهای اتحادیه اروپایی از جمله آلمان پخش می شوند، نمونه روشنی است از اینكه معیارهای شنگن بدرستی رعایت نمی شود.

آمار ورود مهاجران غیرقانونی از مرزهای زمینی درحالی افزایش داشته كه منطقه مرزی اتحادیه اروپا با كشورهای غیر اروپایی،از طریق یك نهاد امنیتی و انتظامی به نام 'فرونتكس' كه وظیفه كمك به این اتحادیه برای كنترل مرزها را برعهده دارد، نظارت می شود.
